Career background: Don earned his A.B. from the University of Georgia (1987) and his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law (1990). He has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia since 1990, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his trial practice, Don served as a part-time prosecuting attorney for the City of Holly Springs (1992’93) and a part-time municipal court judge for the City of Kennesaw (2001’07) ’ both while continuing to represent injured clients. He founded Singleton Law Firm, LLC in 1999 after six years as a partner at the predecessor firm Dudley & Singleton (1993’99).

Don was born in Atlanta and now lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with his family, deepening his connection to the community he serves.
